We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our handmade dog treats. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or request a refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the treats must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for treats that have been opened, partially consumed, or damaged by your pet.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
